These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of photographic prints through the online shop at andyanalog.com, operated by Andreas Gawlowski, Sihlfeldstrasse 139, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the andyanalog.com print shop. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All prints are made-to-order and produced by Prodigi Ltd, a third-party print-on-demand service. Each print is individually manufactured to your specifications (size, paper type) at the time of order.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs when your order is forwarded to production.
5. Production & Delivery
- Prints are produced and shipped by Prodigi Ltd. Estimated production time is 3-5 business days.
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-15 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping is worldwide. You will receive tracking information once dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
As all prints are custom-made to order, they are exempt from standard return rights under Swiss law (OR Art. 40a ff.) and EU consumer protection regulations.
We will replace or refund if your print arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact mail@andyanalog.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage.
7. Copyright & Licence
Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence for private display only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted. Ownership of the physical print does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
8. Liability
Andreas Gawlowski is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs duties or import taxes (the buyer is responsible), or colour variations due to monitor calibration. Liability is limited to the value of the order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed on andyanalog.com, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Orders: Name, email, shipping address, order details. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on this website.
